After the first coaching, we may start a trajectory of 3 months. During this period we get together five times.

During the last conversation we evaluate the past trajectory, on the basis of the agreed specific goal as well as the ultimate goal. We determine together whether a new trajectory is appropriate. If yes, then we redefine its specific objective.
